Scammers are currently spoofing local 744 phone numbers.

The FCC is actively working on putting procedures in place to prevent these types of calls. The calls recently reported have been from someone claiming to be with Amazon, Netflix and Social Security.

If you receive one of these calls do not respond to any questions.

Just hang up.
