Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with an exchange or return of your item. Bring in your purchase with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase, ID, and we will process your exchange or return in accordance with the below guidelines:

 

Ink & Toner may be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the Original Receipt and in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase.

 

Computers, tablets, e-readers, gaming systems, headphones may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the Original Receipt and in like new condition, in their original packaging, with UPC code, within 14 days of purchase. Please remember to remove all personal data from exchanged/returned products. We are not responsible for any personal data left in or on an exchanged/returned product.

 

Software, CDs, DVDs and video games may be returned for a full refund if in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. Opened software, CDs, DVDs and video games may be exchanged for the same item only. Downloadable software purchases are not eligible for return or refund.

 

 

 

Product Warranty Policy

 

Existing Customers that have purchased a product: We will honor the warranty in-house for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. We will replace your product in accordance with the below guidelines:

 

The Customer shall return the product to Midwest Data Center, and we will replace the product. If Midwest Data Center and/or the Manufacturer determines that the product is malfunctioning due to Customer negligence or "acts of nature" – the Customer will incur a charge for the replacement product.

 

Wireless Router Warranty and/or Replacement Information

 

Existing Customers that have purchased a Wireless Router: We will honor the warranty in-house for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. We will replace your router in accordance with the below guidelines:

 

The Customer shall return the router (and power cord) to Midwest Data Center, and we will replace the router. If Midwest Data Center and/or the Manufacturer determines that the router is malfunctioning due to Customer negligence or "acts of nature" – the Customer will incur a charge for the replacement router.

 

If it is determined that the Customer’s router is in working order, they will incur a $40 Service Charge for the router switch out.
